Say they gave a school and nobody came.
The only pupil was an Imaginative Writing student
ho was desperately trying to overcome
her latest and worst case of Writers' Block.
She slumped in a desk in one classroom,
despondent and angry.
After 30 minutes,
the walls began to speak.
She wrote down everything they said,
along with the reaction of the floor.
The girl described the laughter of her desk
when she tickled it with her pencil.
When she finished,
the girl smiled with the knowledge
that she now had one poem
which wouldn't have "trite"
written at the top.
